Pastry Chef Novi


I am a pastry chef passionate about sharing the joy of desserts.

In 2009, my first job at Hotel Icon’s pastry section made me realize I love pastry. Working over 12 hours a day, I never felt tired—it was my calling!

In 2018, my son was born with allergies to eggs, peanuts, and soy. Inspired by him, I earned the Le Cordon Bleu Certificate in Plant-Based Patisserie to create desserts for those with food allergies.

By 2024, I completed the Disciples Escoffier Diploma in French Pastry, improving my skills and knowledge.

Recently, I took online courses with Chef Merul to learn celebration cakes and with Chef Jungstedt to make chocolate bonbons. Continuous learning inspires me to create unique desserts.

In 2025, I opened my own studio to bring my creative ideas to life and share them with the world. I hope I can do it "Every Moment Sweet With You" .
